All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.

This website is owned and operated by Masai walking Australia. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

Masai Walking Australia may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian dollars.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Masai Walking Australia will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. 

Masai Walking Australia reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Masai Walking Australia will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Masai Walking Chatswood will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Masai Walking Australia will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 7-10 business days

Masai Walking Australia is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Security

Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.

Returns/Warranties

MBT’s come with a 12 month warranty that covers manufacturing faults. Please refer to warranty statement included with MBT’s

If you wish to return your MBT’s for an assessment please contact warranties@mbtshop.com.au to obtain a “Return Authorization” (RA) number.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

 

Masai Walking Australia will not refund purchases if you simply change your mind.

Masai Walking Australia will exchange for sizes within a 7 days of the issued invoice, shoes must be in new condition (tags, information, box etc.) this will be at our discretion. All freight costs will be paid by customer.

 

Shipping

At present Masai Walking Australia offer free postage

Delivery is via third party courier

It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.

Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Australia Post.

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.

If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.

If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.

Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 – 7 days for delivery.
